In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

Carlos has been a great mentor to work with. He helped me with many interview questions. Gave feedback on technical challenges for Android. Also a huge help with leadership, well being, and how to balance the work and life. I highly recommend him as a great mentor as well as a good friend. I have grew a lot since I have been a mentorship program with him.

I've had the pleasure of working with Carlos, and he’s incredibly flexible and open to feedback, adapting well to different needs. While it took a bit of back-and-forth to fully align on expectations, he ultimately adjusted to the working style I was looking for. There were occasional communication gaps that led to some delays, as it sometimes took a few ping-pong messages to clarify questions, and his response time could be a couple of days (with the lite plan sometimes took 1 week to fully clarify something specific in a topic). Despite this, his adaptability made the collaboration effective overall. Highly recommended! 😁
