Your resume often decides whether you get the interview or get overlooked. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you strengthen your resume so it tells a clearer, sharper story about your experience and potential. Whether you are applying for your next role, changing industries, or trying to stand out in a competitive market, this session helps you turn a decent resume into a stronger one.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

My CV checking experience comes from 3 angles: me applying for different positions, applicants whom I had to hire, and last, proofreading many CVs of others, mostly for the UK market.

We will:
- Review your CV
- See its tone to see if it is aligned with your goals
- Fix issues that it might have, "translate" it for UK recruiters/companies as they require a different format or message than for example, European ones
- Try to "attack" it to see weaknesses
- "Defend" it to see its streets

At the end of the session, you should have some goals on how to improve your CV and certainty on how to achieve them.
