📚 MY EXPERIENCE:
As a seasoned design leader with over 20 years of experience, I understand the challenges and obstacles that designers face in their careers. That's why I'm passionate about empowering and educating the next generation of designers. With a background in design education and a wide range of professional experience, I can provide the guidance and support you need to succeed.

As a former head of a design bootcamp and current professor of design, I've taught hundreds of students from all backgrounds achieve their goals. Many of my students have gone on to work for companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, Apple and more. And as a past VP and design executive, I've led innovation efforts for startups as well as world renowned brands like Porsche, The Home Depot, American Express, Intel, and other Fortune 500 companies. But perhaps, most importantly, I've been both a people manager as well as an individual contributor.
