You have director interviews coming up. You've never held the title. You need someone who has been on the other side of that table to tell you where your answers are strong, where they're weak, and what to fix before you walk in.

Here's how it works.

BEFORE the session: I send you a short prep brief. You draft 4-6 stories from your career using the structure I give you. This takes about an hour. You send them back to me 48 hours before we meet.

DURING the session (60 min): I audit your stories for director-level altitude. I tell you which ones land, which ones sound like a lead, and why. I reframe the weak ones with you in real time. Then I run you through 4-5 live mock interview questions and coach your answers on the spot.

AFTER the session: You leave knowing exactly which answers are ready and which still need work. No mystery about what to fix.

You're an experienced senior or lead designer actively interviewing for DIRECTOR roles.
