Most candidates fail because they practice the wrong things. This session is a diagnostic tool to assess your readiness for top-tier tech roles.

Leveraging my experience growing from Amazon SDE-I to Meta Staff Engineer in 6 years, I will put you through a realistic interview simulation. I do not just evaluate your code or design; I evaluate your signal as a future peer.

What to Expect: We will spend 45 minutes in a rigorous simulation, followed by a 30-minute breakdown of your performance. We will cover technical gaps, communication flaws, and "level" assessment.

Maximize Your Time: The standard session includes 15 minutes for introductions. However, if you send your materials (Resume, JD, specific focus areas) beforehand, we will bypass the intro. This allows us to use the full 90 minutes for deep practice and critical feedback.

As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.
