Existing Mentee Single Session with

This is single, 50-minute session for existing mentees. It can be used as an add on to a monthly plan or as a one-off session to discuss the topic of your choice. Please note, this session is only available to individuals who are either current mentees or have had at least one mentor session with me in the past.

Hi, my name is Mary and I'm looking forward to meeting you. Over the course of my 20+ year journey in software engineering, I evolved my own career from being an individual contributor to running entire departments as Vice President of Engineering.  I hit plenty of bumps along the way and experienced first hand how challenging it can be to excel in tech without sacrificing you personal well-being. I was lucky to have some great mentors and guides. which is what motivated me to gain addition skills in coaching so that I can help others break into, and advance through the tech space while still having the work/life balance needed to excel both personally and professionally.  I have worked directly with hundreds of developers, data scientists, product managers, and others techies looking for help with things like:
