The first month of George mentoring me has given purpose, structure and ambition to my career goals. Very quickly he was able to understand where I wanted to get to and help break these down into achievable objectives, which have been crucial to keeping me on track in the day to day. This was particularly effective as George took the time to understand where I wanted to get to, challenge me on areas that were too vague and give me the confidence I needed to go after my goals. He has provided support at each stage of the process, both tangible feedback on my work and guidance on how to approach a certain challenge. George's style is coaching led, meaning the emphasis is on developing the individual and results in a feeling of self-worth and accomplishment. I have found it incredibly useful having him in my corner and I would highly recommend him as a mentor for anyone looking to evolve their marketing career.
