We’ll focus on one area: execution & operating cadence, hiring pipeline/loop design, org design & role clarity, career growth/performance cases, or EM interview/promo prep. I’m a Sr Eng Manager at Zalando (ex-Rakuten); scaled Engineering teams from 2 → a multi-team organization of 20+ Engineers, hired 15+ engineers, and developed and promoted Managers/Principal Engineers. We’ll review your context/artifacts (roadmap, metrics, org chart, JDs) and co-create a concrete action plan with templates. I run sessions on weekdays—check the calendar.
