Hi! I’m a Principal Applied Scientist with 9.5+ years of experience across Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, and Oracle, currently leading an 18-member team of engineers and scientists working on AI/ML solutions at global scale.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of domains — Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, Applied Research, System Design, and Backend Engineering. I’ve also been heavily involved in hiring processes, mentorship, and career growth coaching, having helped 85+ professionals land roles at FAANG, startups, and research labs.
This 60-minute session is designed as a flexible consultation or “Ask Me Anything” discussion. You can bring in topics such as:
Career strategy (career switch, growth path, promotion prep)
Technical guidance (ML/AI concepts, MLOps, system design thinking)
Preparing for interviews at FAANG/startups

I usually conduct these sessions during weekday evenings (US ET) and weekends, but I adapt to mentees across different time zones.
