In this 60 minute session we will work on a real challenge you are facing right now, not a hypothetical. I bring more than twenty years in tech, including leading solution engineering teams as a Senior Director at Salesforce, plus my work as an executive coach. I have hired, promoted, managed and coached leaders through growth, restructures, and high pressure quarters, so I know what these situations actually feel like.

I am qualified to run this session because I have done the jobs you are doing, made a bunch of mistakes already, and helped others move through the same problems you are likely facing now. You will get clear questions, practical ideas, and language you can use in your next conversation. I usually conduct sessions on weekdays, with occasional evening slots if that works better for you.
