We can use this time to dive into any challenge you’re currently facing—preparing for interviews, improving problem-solving skills, reviewing architecture decisions, discussing leadership expectations, or simply getting clarity on your next career move.

With 7+ years of industry experience and my current role as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, along with mentoring 50+ professionals and conducting 1,000+ interviews through professional and coaching settings, I aim to provide practical, honest, and actionable guidance based on real-world experience.
