Hi, I’m Val, a product and technology leader with experience building AI-powered products, working across engineering, product strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional execution in big tech.
My background is a little non-linear: I started in a pre-med/science path, transitioned into tech, and grew into roles where I’ve worked at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and AI. Because of that, I love helping people translate their experience into a stronger career story, especially when they’re trying to break into product, move into AI, pivot from another function, or position themselves for more senior roles.
