Darren is one of those people for me. In every single session, at least two to three times, he will articulate an experience I'm having with such precision that it gives me, for the first time, the vocabulary to understand what I'm going through and why. He can see past what's immediately in front of my face and explain to me the underlying patterns or paths that I am on, what their consequences are, and how to avoid unnecessary suffering (that he had to endure) by taking his advice from his own lessons learned. I went into the call nervous that I hadn't figured out the shape of the solutions to my problems. I shared that with him, and he said this is exactly the type of conversation he wants to have.
