I offer in-person mentoring in the Faro region (Algarve, Portugal). Availability is limited, and once booked, you’ll be asked to join a short 15-minute call to confirm dates and logistics.

There’s no substitute for in-person sessions. They create space for deeper thinking, sharper strategy, and breakthroughs that rarely happen over Google Meet.

You’ll need to arrange a quiet, private venue such as a meeting room, workspace, or café. This is a two-hour session with a 15-minute break midway.

I work with agency founders, freelancers, and digital professionals to win bigger clients, earn more, and reduce stress.

I’ve spent the last 25+ years building and running agencies, founding six businesses along the way. Like many in the digital world, I know what it’s like to juggle clients, deadlines, and growth while still trying to have a life outside of work.

That experience shapes how I mentor today. I don’t hand out theory; I share practical strategies I’ve used myself to win bigger clients, build stronger teams, and navigate the challenges that come with running a business or career in digital.

Over the last 8 years I’ve mentored more than 300 people — from freelancers starting out, to agency owners scaling up, to leaders at global companies. My focus is always the same: helping you grow in a way that feels sustainable, rewarding, and far less stressful.

FAQs

● Do you do group calls?
Mentoring is 1 to 1. If you want group coaching, get in touch. It comes with an added cost.

● Do you work with 7, 8 or 9 figure businesses?
Most mentees are 6-7 figures. Through my agency and consultancy work I’ve worked with many 7, 8, 9 and a few 10 figure clients.

● Do you offer refunds?
No. You can cancel anytime, but I expect full commitment. In return I’ll give you everything I can to help you succeed.

● Are you a fake guru?
I’m not even a guru. I’m just someone who has done well, made mistakes, learned from them, and enjoys helping others grow. If unsure, book a call and judge for yourself.

● How many staff do you have / how much do you make?
I don’t disclose personal figures. The point of mentoring is your growth, and we’ll focus on your numbers, not mine.
