I’m a Director of Forward Deployed Engineering at Indicium AI, a global AI-native consultancy helping major enterprises adopt AI in production. 
Indicium AI has more than 600 Data and AI specialists across Europe and the Americas. We deliver across the full AI lifecycle, from strategy, governance and data platforms to AI products, agentic applications, adoption and ongoing optimisation. We work with complex enterprises in financial services, energy, healthcare, retail and manufacturing, alongside partners including Anthropic, AWS, and Databricks. 
My role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, client delivery and enterprise AI. I help develop engineering teams, raise technical and delivery standards, bring clarity to difficult problems and translate business needs into solutions that work in production. 
Before Indicium AI, I spent more than 15 years designing, building and leading enterprise technology initiatives. My background spans software engineering, cloud, DevOps, architecture, technical leadership and consulting.

A session is a focused one-on-one call with your mentor. Use it to get feedback, work through a specific problem, review your work, or get unstuck. You reserve up to 1 hour 30 min of their time.

How do I pick a time?

After checkout you pick a slot from Nathan's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.

How does the session take place?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.

What if my mentor doesn't show up?

You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.

How do refunds work?
