About this session
An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.
You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.
Your mentor
If you are just starting out on your journey to become a programmer, or you don't yet have much job seeking experience, I can help you. You may like the fact that I have worked for 3 years as a Java developer, but my job seeking experience would probably be even more helpful for you.
I have attended quite a few job interviews, and took careful notes so I can perfect my approach (and teach it to you :)). I got a job offer by a top financial company as well as I landed a part-time position, which was surprisingly hard to do.
If you'd like to talk about becoming a programmer or finding a job, just schedule a session with me.
What mentees say
