With over 18 years of experience in the tech industry, including leadership roles at Amazon, Intel, and other major tech companies, I’ve been deeply involved in hiring, conducting interviews, and building high-performing teams. I’ve personally evaluated hundreds of candidates and led numerous interviews for positions ranging from entry-level engineers to senior leadership roles.
