Interview preparation is about showing up with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of how to present your experience. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you prepare for upcoming interviews in a practical, personalized way, whether you are early in your career, making a transition, or aiming for a more competitive role.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to sharpen your story, improve your answers, and get ready for the questions that matter most. Together, you can practice mock interviews, refine how you talk about your background, prepare for technical or behavioral rounds, and identify the areas that need the most work. The goal is to help you walk into the interview feeling more prepared, more polished, and more confident in your ability to stand out.

In this session, I will act as an interviewer and go through a standard interviewing procedure, similar to what you'd at work as part of hiring panel. Priot to the session, please make sure you share which interview stage you need help with:

Things to consider are:

- Obvious knowledge gaps
- Communication Issues
