As a Ph.D. holder in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with extensive practical experience, I bring deep expertise in employee selection and assessment to mock interview sessions. The first phase of my career centered on designing selection and promotion systems, giving me unique insight into what organizations look for and how they evaluate candidates. For over 15 years, I've served as a hiring manager across public, for-profit, and non-profit sectors, interviewing and selecting candidates for diverse roles and functions. This blend of academic knowledge and real-world hiring experience allows me to provide practical, evidence-based coaching while helping candidates understand the perspective of decision-makers across different organizational contexts.
