This MentorCruise session is designed to help you prepare for upcoming interviews in a practical, personalized way, whether you are early in your career, making a transition, or aiming for a more competitive role.
You’ll work with an experienced mentor to sharpen your story, improve your answers, and get ready for the questions that matter most. Together, you can practice mock interviews, refine how you talk about your background, prepare for technical or behavioral rounds, and identify the areas that need the most work. The goal is to help you walk into the interview feeling more prepared, more polished, and more confident in your ability to stand out.
Your mentor
I have been involved with hiring for the duration of my career including being the hiring manager for half a dozen roles. I have interviewed and been interviewed constantly throughout my career so I am very familiar with the experience. We will run through a mock interview where I will prepare questions suited to your skill level. We will run through soft skill and technical questions that you might expect and then do a review of your performance and points of improvement. We will also talk about general skills required during interviews to really stand out from other candidates!

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
Can I reschedule?
