I'm a Product Director at Expedia Group and coach PMs through senior and principal-level interview loops, with a focus on behavioral and leadership-signal rounds — the parts of the process that trip up strong candidates who haven't rehearsed how to talk about their impact under pressure. This session is scoped to behavioral and leadership rounds specifically, not technical or product-sense interviews. I typically run these in the evenings (Pacific time) or on weekends.
