Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.

As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

With extensive experience conducting interviews for technical, digital, and leadership roles in the AEC and Digital Engineering industries, I understand what hiring managers look for—not just in skills, but also in communication, critical thinking, and overall presence.

In this session, I’ll simulate a real interview experience (approximately 40 minutes), followed by a detailed feedback session (about 20 minutes) to help you identify strengths, flag areas for improvement, and boost your confidence before the real thing.

I usually host these sessions on weekday evenings or weekends. After booking, we’ll coordinate a convenient time!
