Together, you can practice mock interviews, refine how you talk about your background, prepare for technical or behavioral rounds, and identify the areas that need the most work. With over 15 years of experience in product development, display technology, and optics, I am a Hardware Engineering Manager at Amazon Lab126, where I lead a team of engineers to create visionary products and display systems for our customers. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, user-friendly, and cutting-edge solutions that enhance the ambient voice and spatial computing capabilities of Alexa, Astro, and Halo devices.

As a technologist and a leader, I have successfully managed display system engineering design, testing, and characterization for multiple product launches, including the Echo Show and Echo Dot. I have also contributed to the development of next-generation display technologies, such as quantum dot based lighting, photovoltaic devices, and nanoswitches, resulting in several patents and publications. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers to drive innovation and excellence in the display industry.
