As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

As a hiring manager with a decade of experience, I regularly conduct interviews as part of my day job at Zalando, screening and interviewing candidates for software engineering roles. This means I can provide you with an authentic interview experience that mirrors exactly what you'll face in real interviews.

I regularly conduct mock interview sessions, typically scheduled during weekday evenings (CET) and weekends. Having evaluated hundreds of candidates and helped many mentees at Techlabs prepare for interviews that led to job offers, I understand what interviewers look for and what signals—both positive and concerning—stand out during interviews.

My approach follows standard interviewing procedures (40 minutes of interviewing, 20 minutes of directed feedback), focusing on identifying knowledge gaps, communication issues, behaviors that might throw off hiring managers, and other important signals.
