Interview preparation is about showing up with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of how to present your experience. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you prepare for upcoming interviews in a practical, personalized way, whether you are early in your career, making a transition, or aiming for a more competitive role.

I've been a hiring manager for almost two decades and have hired hundreds of engineers both for my teams and partner teams. I've been responsible for judging technical fit, team fit, and company fit and can help you prepare for your interviews. I've focused mostly on more senior engineers lately (staff, principal, managers, directors), but have hired for all levels. I look forward to helping you land your next role.

After checkout you pick a slot from Tom's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.
How does the session take place?
Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
Can I reschedule?
