Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.

As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

This mock interview is aimed at experienced engineers preparing for Senior or Staff-level roles. I’ve worked on large-scale production systems and regularly mentor engineers on system design, interviews, and career progression, so I try to make these sessions realistic and practical rather than academic.

I usually run sessions in the evenings or weekends (UK time). If you can, share your target role, company type, or focus area beforehand so we can make the most of the time.
