Interview preparation is about showing up with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of how to present your experience. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you prepare for upcoming interviews in a practical, personalized way, whether you are early in your career, making a transition, or aiming for a more competitive role.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to sharpen your story, improve your answers, and get ready for the questions that matter most. Together, you can practice mock interviews, refine how you talk about your background, prepare for technical or behavioral rounds, and identify the areas that need the most work. The goal is to help you walk into the interview feeling more prepared, more polished, and more confident in your ability to stand out.

I am passionate about learning, adapting, and evolving as a leader and engineer, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others through various mentoring and coaching platforms, such as Plato and Mentoring Club. I also co-host SpaghettiCode, a podcast where I discuss topics related to engineering management, remote work, and diversity and inclusion in tech. My mission is to build and lead teams that use technology for commercial and social impact, and to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
