I'm a Product Director with 15+ years across travel, devices, healthcare, and telco, and I coach PMs on the stakeholder and leadership skills that separate senior ICs from directors: how you communicate under pressure, influence without authority, and carry a room when the stakes are high. This is applied coaching tied to the specific leadership situations you're facing, not abstract theory. I usually run these sessions in the evenings (Pacific time) or on weekends.
