As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

Hi there! I'm helping with technical mock interviews for software engineering roles: coding, problem solving, system design and behavioral. I strongly prefer using expandable questions that let the interviewer assess candidates' skills in depth, rather than asking a brain teaser with a definite correct answer.

I've worked at all types of companies - from small startups to Silicon Valley Big Tech (Twitter, Uber, Fitbit). I've been doing interviews for most of my 15 years in software engineering. I ran more than 800 interviews for a variety of roles: software engineer (backend primarily, but also mobile, web), product manager, engineering manager, scrum master. What adds to this is that I've been on all sides of the interviewing table - from running it as a hiring manager, tech lead, peer software engineer to inevitably being an interviewee myself.
