About this session

Interview preparation is about showing up with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of how to present your experience. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you prepare for upcoming interviews in a practical, personalized way, whether you are early in your career, making a transition, or aiming for a more competitive role.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to sharpen your story, improve your answers, and get ready for the questions that matter most. Together, you can practice mock interviews, refine how you talk about your background, prepare for technical or behavioral rounds, and identify the areas that need the most work. The goal is to help you walk into the interview feeling more prepared, more polished, and more confident in your ability to stand out.

Your mentor

Doing interviews is a job on its own. Especially for software engineers, the complexity and skills required to pass an interview are extremely hard. If you want to get a job in a company who has high expectations for engineers, you must prepare for it. There's no doubt in my opinion.

As a senior software engineer for 11+ years of experience who has worked for 7 years in companies like Amazon, Google and Facebook I can share with you all my experience and advices on how to ace some of the most complex interviews.

I can share with you:
- my experience as an interviewee (having done this for Amazon, Google, Facebook and many other companies)
- my experience as an interviewer (having done this 100+ times between Amazon, Google and Facebook).
