I'm an Engineering Manager at MongoDB with 14+ years in the industry. Before that I was a software engineer at Amazon (Dublin), Google and Meta, where I led and launched production features such as CloudWatch usage metrics for AWS Service Quotas. Along the way I've interviewed 100+ candidates in real hiring loops and helped ~10 engineers get promoted through internal mentoring programs.
