As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

I'm a six year Trust & Safety veteran - having created and led incident management/command work at the biggest tech companies in the world.

Additionally, I've conducted over 100 interviews and am passionate about improving people's resume writing and interviewing skills. I have personally helped 4 friends earn roles at Alphabet, and worked with dozens of others via Google's "Grow with Google" program.

Tim is the real deal and thoroughly understands the interviewing game. He mentored me for my interviews with Google and took me from an incoherent and unconfident candidate to being the one with the job OFFER!! Tim is direct and helped me identify my weaknesses and transform them into strong points. What I loved most about Tim is how practical he is with his advice and how accurately his knowledge and expertise both in the domain I was interviewing for and the art of interviewing as a whole translated to my actual experiences interviewing with Google. Another great aspect of being a mentee with Tim is that he really does care and was very much invested in my success. I couldn't recommend Tim highly enough.
