Tim is the real deal and thoroughly understands the interviewing game. He mentored me for my interviews with Google and took me from an incoherent and unconfident candidate to being the one with the job OFFER!! Tim is direct and helped me identify my weaknesses and transform them into strong points. What I loved most about Tim is how practical he is with his advice and how accurately his knowledge and expertise both in the domain I was interviewing for and the art of interviewing as a whole translated to my actual experiences interviewing with Google.
