As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

I have twenty-plus years of experience reviewing and screening applications, conducting pre-screening phone calls, conducting interviews, and hiring applicants. I make recommendations on obvious knowledge gaps, pinpoint communication issues, and point out behaviors that might throw off hiring managers and any signals that stand out.
