Introductory Call with

If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.

This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

As a technology leader and hiring manager with over 15 years of experience, I've mentored engineers, tech leads, and aspiring managers across different stages of their careers. From building high-performing teams in startups to leading large orgs in enterprise settings, I’ve supported people navigating career growth, leadership transitions, job searches, and technical strategy.

This 15-minute call is a great way for us to get to know each other, talk through what you're looking for, and explore how mentorship might help. I’ll also walk you through how MentorCruise works and what to expect from an ongoing mentoring relationship.

I usually run these sessions a few times a month during weekday afternoons (UK time), but I try to stay flexible. Looking forward to connecting!
