About this Session
If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.
This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.
Your mentor
As a Senior Manager of TPMs with over 13 years of experience recruiting Senior and Staff TPMs, I’d conducted more than 100 interviews at leading companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Cue Health. Today, as a Staff TPM, I continue to mentor and coach other TPMs through job finding, upleveling and interviewing process. I will use these same techniques to help you perform at your highest. This first call will be an introductory call for us to get to know each other and determine if we're a match.
