Introductory Call with

If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.

This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

In my software engineering career, I have grown from SDE-I at Amazon to Staff Engineer at Meta in 6 years. This accelerated journey was driven by first-principles thinking, proactive ownership, and a deep passion for software engineering.

Along the way, I’ve mentored many peers through career plateaus—helping them identify blind spots, sharpen their thinking, and grow with clarity. I’ve also conducted and gone through hundreds of interviews, giving me a sharp eye for where strong candidates often falter.

My approach is simple: we start broad. I’ll work with you to understand your current stage and aspirations. Then we’ll bring clarity and structure—focusing on the levers that will amplify your strengths and unlock the next level in your growth.
