Introductory Call with

If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.

This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

As a senior software engineer with over a decade of experience in engineering and technical leadership, I’ve interviewed and evaluated hundreds of candidates across backend, cloud, and system-design roles. I’m well-versed in what companies look for at different seniority levels and how candidates can stand out. I typically conduct these sessions during weekday evenings or weekends, depending on availability.
