About this session
An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.
You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.
Your mentor
I've spent 17+ years in product leadership — from setting strategy at early-stage startups that were later acquired, to partnering with the C-suite at The Trade Desk to drive direction for a $2.9B platform. Along the way I've built and grown global PM teams, hired extensively at the senior and director level, and coached individual contributors all the way up to lead PM.
I offer intro calls because I think the best way to figure out if mentorship is the right fit is just to talk. In 30 minutes we can identify what's actually blocking you right now — whether that's a career move, a roadmap challenge, stakeholder dynamics, or preparing for a job search — and I can give you something useful to walk away with regardless of whether we work together.
I typically schedule sessions on weekday evenings or mornings to accommodate different time zones and work schedules.
