Introductory Call with

An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.

You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.

As a Senior Software Engineer and mentor, with previous experience in multiple companies around the globe, including Novomind Germany, Amazon Canada and currently Microsoft Canada, I would help you achieve your future goals within your current role, advancing to the next level or landing a new position. I also have great experience in team leadership and mentoring younger developers getting promoted to the next level. I usually have these sessions Monday-Thursday from 5 PM -10 PM. Friday-Sunday from 10 AM - 6 PM.
