Introductory Call with

If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.

This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

I started my engineering career in 2013 at a FinTech startup, building it up from 4 engineers to 400. I’ve contributed, led, or managed in Product, Data, and Platform Engineering teams. I created and executed an org-wide internship program, and I’ve coached numerous engineers 1:1, from fresh bootcamp/CS grads to industry veterans.

I’m energized by helping engineers who struggle to be heard. If you’re early in your career, I can help you push through Imposter Syndrome, ask questions that get better responses, and ramp up quickly. If you’re mid- or senior-level, I can teach you how to influence without authority, and change how your peers and leads think of you.

But first, we should get to know one another, to gauge mutual fit.
