Introductory Call with

An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.

You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.

I'm Elizabeth Murphy, and I'm thrilled to share my journey. I studied Art Education and Psychology at Pratt Institute, where I discovered the connection between creativity and the human mind. My passion for special education, driven by my learning disabilities, led me to earn a Master's degree from Brooklyn College. Later, I obtained a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix, exploring human behavior in organizational settings. For 15 years, I've been a driving force behind NYC startups as Founder and COO. Beyond work, I adore animals, love exploring food, and express myself through fashion and hair color. Living in Brooklyn for two decades, I cherish my friendships that have become my community.
