Hi! I'm Rudra. I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Uber with 8+ years of experience. In the past five years I've worked at Uber, have a proven track record as a SWE and technical leader.
Along with building products, helping others grow has always been a huge passion of mine and in that spirit, I have mentored 10+ engineers at Uber helping them to get promoted at various levels. Also a part of the Uber CareerPrep program to help shape careers for incoming interns.
Whether you are a new grad looking for advice or a seasoned engineer looking to get to the next level, as a mentor, I would love to work with you to provide support on both technical and career goal accomplishments.
