As an Engineering Leader with 13+ years of experience building high-scale distributed systems at MAANG and big tech companies, I focus on the ground-level realities of tech leadership. I have navigated the hardest transitions—from shifting from a Senior IC to managing an org of 12+ engineers, to driving cross-functional alignment on massive global systems. In this 60-minute session, we will skip the abstract management theory and directly tackle the real challenges you are facing. Whether you are struggling to delegate effectively, trying to build influence without authority as a Staff engineer, managing a difficult conflict, or learning how to shield your team from burnout, we will develop actionable frameworks to elevate your leadership presence.

I typically conduct these sessions on weekday morning and evenings and even on weekends , plus I am highly flexible and happy to coordinate a time that works across different time zones.
