I’m a former HR Director and senior HR leader with 14+ years of experience helping leaders navigate the people side of leadership. I’ve partnered with leaders and teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, including roles at Meta and RTX / Collins Aerospace.

I particularly enjoy working with new and emerging managers and people preparing for their first leadership role.
