Mock Behavorial Interview with

As a hiring manager at one of the top ten fastest growing start ups, I do a lot of resume review and hiring. Depending on the quarter, I often have 5-10 interviews a week, and a correspondingly large resume review.

I'd be thrilled to go through a mock interview with you, using a modified version of the one I actually use with candidates at work, and then going over exactly how I'd evaluate you, and ways you could have improved. I specialize in behavioral interviews, which are more complex than you'd think, but happy to review what I look for in technical interviews as well.

My name is Griffin, I'm an Engineering Manager leading the Search and Discovery organization, made up of 3 teams at Apollo.io, working remotely from Buffalo, NY.

My love of management, leadership, and growth started in my first internship at Riot Games as a Development Manager. There I learned the impact that leadership in all its forms can have on a team or an organization, and the power of being a force multiplier. I've aggressively tried to vacuum up every crumb or tidbit of management experience I could find since then. I've held multiple roles across my career from software engineer to engineering manager, focusing on owning the outcome of my career and building the skills necessary to lead teams and have organization wide impact

In my personal life, I enjoy going on adventures with my wife and dogs, playing video games, cooking, 3D modeling, and recently I've taken up painting miniatures.
