One-off Career Advice (45 min) with Ritendra

Ritendra is a very genuine, candid, and honest person. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and propose a path forward with my situation. He was very patient with me, tactical when needed, but also strategic at times, even when I did not request it. Like a wise master, he knows what is needed for a particular situation, giving the student the right direction, or sometimes asking the question that awakes the mind.

I didn’t feel I received enough support throughout my mentorship. Communication was often slow, and I felt like I had to manage most of the conversations myself. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.

Ritendra has been an incredible mentor for me through some interesting challenges in my career. He has some great insights and asked several questions that helped me reframe what I want to do with my career in general, not just with the role right in front of me.
