I help UX, Product, and Design professionals who feel stuck or under-utilised move forward with clarity, whether that’s landing a better role, getting promoted, or stepping into leadership with confidence.

I’m a multi-disciplinary design leader with 20 years of experience, currently leading design at Benifex. Over my career, I’ve worked across Product, UX, Marketing, E-commerce, SaaS and Design Leadership - hiring, coaching, and growing designers at different stages of their careers.
