Optimize Linkedin Profile with Sudeep

I found Sudeep on LinkedIn based on another mentor's recommendation and we discussed a mentorship plan for my 3-month internship before graduation. In 2 months, Sudeep has contributed a lot of ideas to help me grow my technical skills and outperform professionally at work. We met twice a month as usual and sometimes for work review purpose where he gave me more relevant feedback on my work. Very supportive and kind, learned a lot from the mentorship

I was overwhelmed with the number of resources to learn DE, and Sudeep added immediate value by providing clarity and structure to my DE journey. Having listened to my struggles and what I wanted to achieve, he provided a roadmap with clear goals and expectations. He is able to answer any questions regarding the tool I was using (SQL Server) and provided clear and concise answers. One task he assigned to me was to write my goals (personal and work related) using SMART framework, which enabled my goals to become more tangible and achievable.

Sudeep is a good mentor in guiding us to become the role we aspire in areas such as data architect, data engineer. He will work with us based on our needs specific to technical areas and/or roles. He is a good motivator too.
