Pair Programming with

This session involves you and your mentor working collaboratively to develop coding skills, troubleshoot coding issues, or complete coding projects. In this session, a career coach with expertise in coding and software development will pair with you to work on a coding exercise or project.

Throughout the session, you and your mentor will work together to write, review, and test code, providing feedback. The mentor may observe the session, offering feedback and guidance as needed to help you overcome coding challenges and improve your skills. The mentor will, however, not write code on your behalf.

This is one of the most exciting sessions, considering we could have hands-on pair programming or design experience. With my experience in building large scale software systems as well as Machine Learning and AI systems, I believe I can add immense value in pair programming for any of your projects or products. This session could be helpful for Engineers in the industry or in School working on their projects in Software, Distributed Databases, Robotics, ML and/or AI. This session is generally also useful for Founders who are venturing into the technical space, and need advice or hands-on pair programming for coding or system design.

Currently, I meet a lot of the companies I advise regularly to do the exact same thing and I believe it adds immense value to the Engineers on their teams as well as to me for learning from them.
